I’m studying Construction Project Management in New Zealand and trying to understand real problems in the construction industry before building anything.
For small builders, subcontractors, QSs, project coordinators, or site managers:
What admin/paperwork task wastes the most time every week?
Examples:
- Daily site reports
- Variation claims
- Quote comparisons
- Meeting notes/action lists
- H&S forms
- Client emails
- Invoice follow-ups
- Photos and evidence tracking
I’m not selling anything. I just want to understand what painful, repetitive tasks are actually worth solving.
Also, how are you currently doing it — Excel, Word, email, WhatsApp, paper, or software?
