From Albanians perspective,do you think the YE concert on Eagle stadium will happen or is this one gonna get cancelled as well?

I have seen that they started the constructions for the stadium some weeks ago, but I was wondering if you guys know if it is progressing?

I really wanna come there but I am afraid I will take another L after Italy cancellation, so just looking for some reassurance.
