AI says I can only buy two tickets at a time. Has Hellfest said that? I need 3.

Hey guys! I will be 16 next year during Hellfest 2027 . I will be going with my mom . Do i get a ticket just for my mom now and i get a half reduced ticket there? Is that safe? I mean like will it be guaranteed that they will give me a ticket even if it's sold out? Thank you for any help!

We are looking to attend Hellfest 2027 for the first time.
We live in South Wales and there’ll likely be around 10/15 people including us.
Can anyone help with travel logistics?
We were looking at flying to Nantes Airport from Stansted and getting a train in, however as first time Hellfest attendees, I was wondering if anyone has any idea on costs or even better/cheaper ways?
We attend Download every year but have wanted to go to Hellfest for such a long time!

Hi everyone, I have a question about tickets for hellfest. Is your name on the ticket when you buy it, in other words can you sell the ticket by yourself or you need to do it through the hellfest website? I feel dumb for asking because I was sure that you can sell it yourself but then I saw the refund thing and I don't see a point in that because there is always someone who wants that ticket unless there's a name on the ticket so only you can use it.

Yeah, 20th anniversary, more stages, more bands, it's massive, it's amazing... but what's the point?

Just to be able to say that it's the biggest Metal festival in the world?

I love Hellfest, but I feel like it's getting very much like a dick-measuring contest. As it is now there are already an insane amount of bands, and it's often painful having to choose between bands clashing at the same time. Yeah, it's great having a choice, but we only have a limited amount of hours in a day, is it really all that great having 300 bands when you can really see the same number of bands in that limited amount of time?

I don't know, I got excited when they first announced it, but the more I think about it the more I feel it's really pointless. A two weekender like in 2022 would have been much better, allowing people to actually attend more shows. Now when I'll go to a show insted of missing other 2, I'll miss other 4, hooray!

You can increase a Little bit the part of bands fees in your budget (decrease other parts) but in m’y opinion, it will be an edition With less big headliners.

With the fee of a band like Metallica,you can have 3 heavy headliners (100 -150k€) + 10 big names (10-50k€) + 40 bands (5-10k€) + 50 bands (1-5k€)

Hello headbangers !

My Hellfest app has been updated recently (probably this morning) and the icon went from Green to Brown.

Out of curiosity I went to the cashless section of the app to check for a refund of the money left and it now requires me to log back in.

The problem is it does not recognize my email address anymore and ask me to create a new account. I don't really care for the remaining 11euros but it seems to be a major issue if they erase customer accounts without warning.

Did I missed something ? Cashless refund is supposed to be opened until sunday 5th of July.

UPDATE : I was able to successfully login through the website (I did not knew it was even possible) which allowed me to remember I added a "+hellfest" to my email address... Remaining cash donated to the association.

I wont be able to be online on the 7th when the passes go on sale. How hard is it to get two 4-day passes later?

Im preparing for a 4 pass Hellfest next year but I ain’t a hard metal rock fan if I may .. I do listen to all genres but have a preference for nu metal soft grunge emo alt bands and songs.
2027 would be the 20th year anniversary and the announcement that comes with it is insane !! I’m really looking forward to joining it but I have no clue nor a friend group that would be as hyped for it.
So my question is :
-> will I find my place as a non legitimate rock fan in this festival ?
-> are there any Solo Hellfesters ? If yes how do you manage ? How is it like ?
-> how much should I put aside and what can help me in this adventure ? I’m still a noob but very much hyped to do it ^^

Going to Hellfest is a dream come true and we're trying to plan ahead so we can enjoy it as much as possible! Thanks in advance for any advice.

We're a group of 3 friends in our 30s. We are not used to the crazy summer heat in Europe, especially after recent heatwaves, so camping is out of the question for us.

We decided to stay in a hotel right next to the train station in Nantes, but we're not entirely sure how the transportation works. How reliable are the trains, how often do they run, and how easy is it to travel back and forth between Clisson and Nantes every day after the final bands finish?

Open to any tips or ideas you have. Thank you!

Did Hellfest announce yet the new ticket pricing for 2027 edition?

I am fully aware price will go up, but it'd be a massive d*ck move from their part if they did it literally a day(!) before tickets going on sale. Like I don't even know how much money I would need to have on my bank account on 7th. Given its Hellfest it's not like I can wait until the sale and then have a thought whether I can afford going.

Would be very, very unfair to put people on the spot if we were to find out on the day that there is an additional 200 euro pp price increase....

J'ai déjà procédé à une demande de remboursement qui avait été enregistrée Mardi dernier (23 juin), suite à cela, sur mon application apparaissait un volet "annuler le remboursement" qui me laissait penser que ma demande était enregistrée.

Cependant, aujourd'hui alors que je viens vérifier si le remboursement est passé :

- Mon compte est toujours plein

- Le volet "annuler le remboursement" a disparu

- Je ne retrouve plus l'interface pour demander le remboursement, que ce soit sur l'application ou le site internet.

Ça parle à quelqu'un ?

Hi! I am new to both reddit and HELLFEST so hang tight-

My husband and I put off a 30th anniversary trip due to an aging pet. We thought about going to Hellfest 2027 next year and are gathering intel to start making it official. Probably more than you want to know but our thoughts ....Flying into Paris, go to Clisson for 2 days of Hellfest then going to Spain and Portugal. Or going to Portugal, Spain first. Then Hellfest. Then crashing on the plane on the way home. The latter might be the way to go since I am miserable and claustrophobic on flights.

I have been doing a little reading and please correct me if I am wrong.

4 day passes go on sale first (soon!), without knowing the line up/schedule for the 4 days. A few months later 1 day passes go on sale. Line up is released towards the end of the year. Correct? Are there 2 day passes, or do you just purchase 2 1-day passes?

So I guess If we are unsure of what 2 days we want to go, until the line up is released, I should hold off on purchasing airfare? I am a planner, so this makes me a little crazy, but that's ok.

Any advice or suggestions are welcome regarding securing tickets or anything else.
