Lang verhaal kort.

Ik heb kanker gehad en hierdoor 4x geopereerd.

Door de narcose volledig mijn continue kwijtgeraakt en ben bezig met opbouwen.

Zijn er apps of horloges ( liefst zo goedkoop mogelijk, groot deel salaris kwijt geraakt ivm langdurige ziekte, 30 euro max? ) die mijn afstand en snelheid laten zien?

In overleg met mijn fysio begeleider is het ivm overgewicht eerst handig om in interval te gaan wandelen/snelwandelen. Dit ivm zwakkere gewrichten en banden. Wie heeft het verlossende antwoord?
