My elderly father set up a Spectrum cable box to go with his Sony TV (with sound bar), but he has since passed leaving my elderly mother struggling to navigate his complex system just to watch the nightly news. Who can I call to set her up with a simpler system that doesn't require managing Inputs, etc? Task Rabbit? Spectrum? Sony? I work full time and don't have the time or expertise to sort this. She can afford to pay someone within reason. She does not have any streaming services. TIA!
