So I had got certified as an endoscopy tech 2 recently and I was able to land a job. I did accept the job offer even though it was in the low 20’s. I’ve been at my new job for about a week and my preceptor sent me a text saying how one of the doctors was speaking highly of me and wants me to work with them. If I’m being honest depending on how much they are offering I would leave. Although I do LOVE my current job and is very grateful. I feel like the pay sucks and because I am a try hard (lol) they’ll potentially give me more work. This was something my preceptor told me and thing is I want to learn , I want to do well .. I don’t want to be paid in crumbs. I’m not sure how to go about this .
