I recall watching it around 2012-2013, it was a 3D rendered video, but not in the mincraft engine or minecraft blocky artstyle, it was more anatomically accurate. The video opens with Steve strapped onto a operating table in a dark room and a drill is slowly moving closer to his eyes until it begins to remove his iris forming Herobrine's white eyes. Then the video ends and a trailer for "Bite Me" a zombie show by Machinima begins to play.

The Bite Me advert in the end tells me that this video was originally aired in the now defunct Machinima website. I'm also very certain the video was released aroun 2011-2014 but no later than 2015. I'd like to apaolgize ahead of time if "slight gore" was against the rules of this sub.
