I'll be joining LTIMindtree as a fresher soon, and I had a few questions about the training program.

1. What technologies or tech stack are taught during the training?

2. How difficult are the training sessions and assessments?

3. Is the training mostly coding-based, or does it also include aptitude, communication, and other modules?

4. Does LTIMindtree remove trainees who don't perform well during training, or are there opportunities to improve?

5. Any tips on what I should prepare before joining so I can perform well?
