Hi. 32yo male here. I train in Krav Maga 2×/week and want to start adding Judo training 2×/week as well. The Krav school I go to train also offers BJJ, boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. They used to have Judo classes but not anymore so I will have to train Judo at another school. I always wanted to try Judo but just never had the chance to and everyone I've spoken to recommends it.
I lift heavy weights 3×/week with StrongLifts 5×5. On two of my lifting days I do Krav after lifting. My current routine is SL5×5 Saturday/Monday/Wednesday and Krav Monday/Wednesday. The grappling school that offers Judo classes has them on Tuesday/Thursday, which can definitely work with my schedule. I may have to switch to 5×5 Lite (2×5 on all lifts) still keep lifting 3×/week just so I can maintain my strength.
