I had a small issue with my Narwal where the robot would start vacuuming but the mop function wouldn’t start. I didn’t feel like calling so I emailed their support with my order number and a short video of what was happening. They replied the same day asking a couple of basic questions and suggested checking the clean water tank and doing a quick reset from the app. Tried it and surprisingly the mop started working again. What I liked was they didn’t immediately ask me to send the robot for service. They first tried to help remotely which saved me a lot of trouble.
