I’m 15 along side having ED I haven’t woke up with morning wood for practically nearly a year now if not longer. Not even once. It may be down to the fact of frequent masterbation and very frequent porn usage I’m not sure. Please can someone help me and offer guidance.

I’m 15 at a very young age and I’m experiencing ED. I struggle to get hard and if I do manage to get hard it doesn’t last for more than 30 seconds. Due to my age I’m leaning towards the problem more likely being because of sometimes daily porn usage and frequent masterbation. Please can someone help and offer guidance on what to do I’m really worried.
