Crumbl had some really good pistachio cookies before the whole dubai craze started. The chocolate pistachio pie and pistachio gelato were some of my favorite cookies! I just miss when they made pistachio cookies that didn't have to be "dubai style" with kataifi and chocolate (even tho dubai is yummy but c'mon you can do so much more with pistachios!)
