Hello, I need a bit of help here. I bought that keyboard like 2 hours ago and am already seeing a problem. I searched on the manual and found the reason for why it happens, but not the cause.

Basically, pressing [ctrl]+[esc] allows for a keyboard reset. However, as you can see, even pressing [ctrl] and THEN [esc] still resets it (even if I wait 10 seconds it happens, as long as I pressed control the reset WILL happen once I press escape). As if it was shadow pressed or something (note that I'm no longer crouching when I unpress [ctrl] so the key doesn't bug). Do y'all have suggestions to prevent it from happening ? Or even just fix it.
