I've seen a lot of posts on this sub about people having trouble managing the atrocious mixture of PMS/PMDD and ADHD. I have terrible mood regulation (I go from grateful, content, and joyful to suicidal) as soon as I ovulate until my period hits. If I drink raspberry leaf tea every day, my mood is completely stable. It's surprisurprisingly effective! A friend recommended it after it helped with her extreme cramps. The lack of motivamotivation for the week before my period is still a bit excessive, but at least I am reasonably calm and kind.

Edit: The brand I get is called Traditional Medicinals. I get the organic raspberry leaf. It was just the first one I found at the store. That brand also has a "healthy cycle" blend that is effective, but I don't find it as tasty. As long as you get raspberry LEAF tea (not raspberry tea), it should be fine. Like any medicine, it will be more effective for some folks and less for others.
