Hi everyone. I'm desperately looking for an old FPS game I used to play at my grandma's house back in the early to mid 2000s when I was in elementary school. My older brother and I used to take turns playing it.

It was an offline, single-player FPS. For some reason, it was already installed on my grandma's PC. It felt like a very small-sized game, definitely not from a major AAA studio, so I'm guessing it might have been a demo or a bundled game that came pre-installed when the computer was bought.

I played it in the early 2000s, but it could very well be a 90s game. However, I remember the 3D graphics being pretty clean for its time. Also, when you first start the game, your character is holding a pistol that looked like a Glock.

The most distinctive and bizarre part is the death screen. Whenever your character died, the screen would turn completely white, and a logo or image of a palm tree would pop up. It was so random and gave off this tropical/vacation vibe that completely contrasted with the rest of the game's atmosphere. That image is still stuck in my head.

And just as a heads-up, it is definitely NOT Far Cry 1.

If any of this rings a bell, please let me know. I'd really appreciate any clues!
