What would be a safe score for NET applied science?

Can anyone please share past papers, or NET-style MCQs for applied science? I could only find two full past papers, and they are on every website.

I have just finished my A-levels and I am preparing for NET-4 Applied Sciences. I gave NET-2 without any preparation and scored 104. I really need guidance. I have PTB Chemistry and Biology books, but I am not sure how to use them effectively to score 140+. Should I memorize the definitions in the books? Which important topics should I focus on? Also, where can I find free past papers or MCQs for practice?
