I had to switch schools in the middle of high school, and ended up having a ridiculously hard time making friends. People knew each other forever and though they would talk to me, it never turned into anything more than that. They would make plans, talk about going out for lunch, celebrating etc. and id be right there sitting next to them, looking down at my computer listening to them knowing i’ll never be a part of it. So, having a fresh start in sbu, will be it be easier to form close friend groups?
