I'm studying abroad in spring 2027 and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for just the one semester (and summer if they want). It's a house with three really great roommates that's very close to campus. I see plenty of people on Facebook advertising fall leases but no spring ones. Has anyone here successfully gotten a spring semester lease taken over for them, or know someone who has? Any strategies you can share to find people?

Also if anyone else is interested shoot me a DM or comment of course, lol
