Death game/Battle royale anime where the protagonist (not a secondary character) is actually okay with killing.

I've always liked the premise of death game shows but found them agonizing to watch. 90% of the time the protagonist is some everyman who spends most of the show either talking about how much he doesn't want to kill people, or angsting about how he just had to kill someone and how traumatizing it was. Then you'll have other shows (the future diary-likes) where they get around the main character's unwilingness to kill by introducing a secondary character (usually a yandere) who does the killing for him so he doesn't have to get his hands dirty. Or the premise was secretly a commentary on reality tv/the horrors of capitalism and the author just chose this setting as the best way to tell that story.

Like, I get it. Killing is wrong. Murder is bad. I hate capitalism as much as the next guy. But sometimes real life is real life and fiction is fiction. And sometimes I want to watch a guy outsmart and out-murder a large group of colorful characters who are also trying to outsmart and out-murder him.

Does anybody know any good shows that fit this criteria?
