Anime with occultism/magic

Hi, I'm looking for anime to watch and it's some how so hard to find an anime that "clicks". :) I'm interested in occultism, witches, magic, and other supernatural elements. Visuals and "flashy" animations are important to me, and I'd like to find something with cool fights. Demon Slayer is one of my favorites, especially because of the fight scenes that blew my mind and after watching it, it set the bar soooo high and Jujutsu Kaisen has been the only one coming close to how amazing Demon Slayer's fight scenes were. I tried watching Black Clover but IMO it was too "light hearted" / silly, I'm sure I would've loved that show it wasn't those parts. :) I can imagine it's not easy to recommend anime to watch based on this background info, but maybe it's better to get too much suggestions to look through than too little? :)

What is the most embarrassing anime to force my friend to watch?

I have an opportunity to force my friend to watch the first few episodes of any anime of my choosing. What are some animes that are so insane and embarrassing that it's funny? I'm not looking for shows that are bad quality, though if that contributes for the funny element I'm fine with. Bonus points if the title is outrageous.

Some current contenders are domestic girlfriend, disgusted face, etc.

new anime watcher

i pick up animes to watch from time to time but i like specific themes idk what they r called but ive recently watched jjk (ik basic but like again im no expert) and literally finished it so fast and like i need something like it pls

i got recommended solo leveling (finished it) its good but it lacked the friendship dynamic that jjk had, i also got recommended chainsaw man ( few episodes in) idk if i like it bc of the weird aspects of it..

pls recommend animes to watch that have the same level of plot and character depth as jjk
(ive watched deathnote, its mid)

Searching for an Anime I watched a while ago

So, recently I was watching Wistoria: Wand and Sword and for spoilers sakes I won't go into detail but a white haired character showed up, which just rung a bell in my brain, and a LONG while ago (like 2 years, more probably) I remember watching a certain anime where a white haired MC fight some sort of magma dude at some type of hideout on the side of a mountain. Weird description I know but its the only thing I remember and he might've had a sword while fighting him?? I'm not too sure. I remember enjoying it and its been nagging me for a while and I hope someone can help me (even though I know this isn't the greatest description)

Edit: Hi! I did more research and I found it! The anime was Ragna Crimson, I'm like 97% sure. Thanks for the help though, you guys did help me think it over a little bit!

Are there any anime out there focused on clever sarcasm?

You ever play Final Fantasy 7 Remake, and listen to the way that Cloud and Barret riff on each other, where there's set ups, and pay offs? They're not screaming at each other, nor are they making a bunch of puns, nor is the punchline that they're gross people making people want to run away.

That's the kind of anime that I'd like to find. I'm down for it either being a comedy, or something serious like FF7Remake is that just has a lot of good sarcastic banter.

Edit: I probavly should have asked for no isekai, can't stand them, even the really really good ones like re:Zero.

Is JK season3 just talking?

I just wanna watch the fun fight seasons and silly over the top explanations of their techniques while they fight but season3 feels like 70%backstory building and 20%buildup and 5%flashbacks and 5%fighting scenes. Maybe I’m just too in my cups.

An anime consisting of at least three seasons or more than 30 episodes in its first season.

Hey everyone, I don't watch much anime, but I've gotten into the habit of watching an episode every day at breakfast, and it's been part of my morning routine for months now. And now I'm about to finish the anime I'm currently watching.

Anyway i'm ok with that anime is old or has an old season from around 2000, as long as the art style is acceptable and not considered strange by our time, like the very big eyes, lol.

I prefer a story that follows a single, compelling, and dramatic plot/A serious story, but also includes plenty of comedy. I don't want anime with over 300 episodes like Naruto or One Piece. A few movies are fine too.And the MC should be male.

Please also, I don't want the story to be too Edit: Thank you all, and thank you in advance to anyone who comments later. I wish I could thank everyone. I've watched some of the anime suggestions, and some aren't in my favorite genres, but that's okay. Also, I apologize for my poor English. I'll use this post in the future and come back to it, and I hope it's helpful to others.emotional and sad, or always, because I've been going through some difficult times in my life lately and I've become easily affected, lol.

It's fine if the story is only complete in the manga. I've finished the Natsume anime and am almost done with Ippo. I was thinking of watching Golden Kamuy, but I heard the story isn't finished yet and will conclude with a movie. Also, many anime series aren't very popular, and you probably already know many of them.

Edit: Thank you all, and thank you in advance to anyone who comments later. I wish I could thank everyone. I've watched some of the anime suggestions, and some aren't in my favorite genres, but that's okay. Also, I apologize for my poor English. I'll use this post in the future and come back to it, and I hope it's helpful to others.

Looking for an anime I can’t quite remember

Hello all. I am unable to remember the name of an anime I watched a while ago. What I remember is that the MC sees the girl he likes talk to another guy and is heartbroken. But I believe that guy is instead interested in the MC himself. I would be grateful if you could help me find out the name of this anime.

Looking for this isekai series, has an anime BUT the scene I remember is yet to be adapted.

I'm not sure if this is from a manga or light novel but the scene I remember is this:

Male MC takes a turn to a desert/rocky plains town away from his party/convoy(?) to pursue their assailants on the forest their route took.

This is a village where assassins are trained but on typical isekai shenanigans, the MC bulldozes through until the room of the big boss. Can't remember any abilities.

After a showing of skills, the assassin big boss reveals he also is an isekai'd person and as MC is clearly the better of them, gave MC his secret skills.

There is a turncoat among this villager assassins, but not on the side of MC, they're on a third-party antagonist group.

That's it. Thanks in advance for those who knows!

Trying to find an anime about a group of espers inside this isolated zone

Okay, so before we start, it isnt Blood blockade. It was an anime that started with this group of espers (maybe 10+) who were helping maintain and protect this little settlement of people inside this isolated barrier. There was a bad guy esper who kills a dude during a deal in the early episodes, but he is actually like part of their esper group from before the barriers creation. The espers accidentally made the barrier when fleeing from humans but they didn't realize that, and then they feel bad because they were the cause of the suffering of the people inside the barrier that they were trying to help, so they try to combine their powers to escape the barrier.

The little settlement was like a generator and makeshift technology settlement because they were isolated from humanity so no supply chains and stuff, so the espers use their power to help make life easier from them. They have one who is like a doctor too and one who is a mechanic and stuff? I can't remember the name of this anime, I think it's pretty obscure because I can't find it anywhere. This is driving me absolutely nuts please heeeeelp

Would you recommend Yu Yu Hakusho to a preschooler?

While it's a show with a lot of depth for older audiences, I'd say Yu Yu Hakusho is one a preschool kid could watch. What about you?

What are your most favorite over piwer animes?

I watched Solo Leveling and I usually never read manga because I do not enjoy it, but wow... I had to continue the story by reading the manga because the anime was honestly one of the best and most enjoyable anime I have ever seen.

I want recommendations for overpowered anime, please

I also watched Overlord and enjoyed it too

These are all my favorite animes, what do you suggest I watch next?

These are all of my favorite animes, everything that Crunchyroll suggests doesn’t really fit my taste. I need an anime I can binge watch, preferably something complete and not ongoing. And I know you’ll probably shame me but I only watch dub, I can’t read fast enough for sub and end up pausing every two seconds and only see the bottom part of the screen
