I'm just starting fatal frame for the 1st time and I had a lot of slowdown when I got to the strangling man. I've switched to the ps2 version but from the brief amount I played I liked some of the stuff in the xbox version better. Is there any way to make it run better on xemu or no?
I played the games in order so I started with superstar 3ds, then I did Partners in time and then Bowser's inside Story. I had a lot of fun with them so I was interested in the next one being dream team, and playing through it I really didn't like it. I found it to be a drastic drop-off from the previous entries. I don't really like very much from the game. However unlike many others I didn't really mind the tutorials, they were fine. I think my biggest gripe is the length of the game.
Usually a story of a game justifies its length, and DT is 43~ hours in length ( that was how many hrs it took me). But my problem is that I found the story to be atrocious, like maybe a 4/10 at best imo. Like I don't expect some masterpiece story out of an m&l but the previous 3 games stories are better. I also think the game looks worse then the other games I played. I imagine its because this was the first game on the 3ds so I can cut it some slack. I don't really like any of the bros attacks, they're ok at best for me. I find the luiginary attacks to be pretty dope though. The game also significantly improves the giant battles introduced in the last game. They're a lot more fun in this time around. Honestly, I just think it would've been better if the game was like 10 hours shorter.
