how do I balance hypertrophy training and climbing
i am currently doing a 4 day anterior posterior split that I go on monday, tuesday, thursday, and fridays. In the summer when I have no school, I'd like to go climbing on wednesdays and saturdays. My problem here is that I'd be too fatigued to be able to climb to my full potential and progress. I also do not know how to train for bouldering at all.
