Is anyone else experiencing a glitch with sending images in messages?
Hi everyone,
I recently started a shop for custom handmade shirts. Because everything is personalized, I have to message buyers to send them design previews before production. I don't send any links, just normal image files.
A few days ago, my messaging feature got a temporary 48-hour pause. I asked the help team and they told me it was a known system-wide technical glitch that they are actively fixing.
I waited out the 48 hours completely. But today, right after the timer cleared, I tried messaging two of my buyers to send their previews, and my entire store suddenly went offline.
Has anyone else dealt with this specific image messaging error recently? How long does it usually take for the technical team to look into these system glitches?
