Hello,

my son is about to be 6 months, I exclusively nurse and he typically nursing before and after his 3 naps, when we wakes up and when he goes to bed. He sleeps through the night 7pm-6am.

I am going back to work and work 24 hour shifts a few times a month. For those 24 hour periods, How often should I be pumping? Should I pump the times I would nurse him and not over night? Should I pump every 3-4hours ATC?

I was thinking 8a, 11a, 2p, 5p, 8p, 10:30p 5:30am? A little similar to what I do at home.

I'm not entirely sure what to do with out tanking my supply.
