Geralt Age

I know the games are questionable in regards to canon, at one point talking with vesemir he says “you’re nearly 100 yourself” or something to that effect to Geralt - I don’t like that, the books never explicitly say it, and I in my head canon always had him as like 150 if not older

Hi all,

Very new to MCAS, apologies for the long story, but want to explain it all.

My partner (42F) was diagnosed with urticaria a few years ago, that seemed to have calmed down now though, then 7 months ago diagnosed celiac (I still question this to be honest. If mcas can cause villous atrophy couldn’t it just be that…)

Now we’ve recently learned of MCAS and fairly confident it’s that, we have been strictly gluten free for 6 months or so, no improvement, then she started on doctor prescribed antihistamines and massive improvement… until, I think she was over confident, drank alcohol 3 nights one week and ate out twice, that lead to a massive crash, and the crash has lasted for now 7 days and seems to be worsening. Since the crash it’s been strictly low histamine foods and no alcohol, very little stress as she doesn’t work (doesn’t have to I earn enough for our house).

My question is does this line up with your MCAS experiences? How do I help fix this flare up that’s lasted so long, she’s having coughing fits in the morning, extreme brain fog, and super drowsy / tired, now also diarrhoea…

I should also mention mid way through the 7 days she saw an immunologist so really focussed on her urticaria and upped her antihistamine dose to 2 x telfast in the morning + 1 x famotidine - then repeated at night. Also a nasal spray which she described as giving her a sinus infection / headache
