Hi I was just wondering if vaping excessively all day long will keep you up at night. I feel like I can’t sleep at all so I was hoping to get some answers as I am trying to make the right actions to then quit. By all day long I mean all day long by the way

I thought things would get easier but it’s been over a month and my sleep is still so bad. It’s almost 9 am and I’m still wide awake…
