Hey everyone,

I'm building a commercial smart underfloor heating controller — custom PCB, ESP32-H2 (Zigbee), 10 zones switching 230V thermal actuators.

Rev 1 — Songle SRD-05VDC-SL-C. Cheap, but not confident enough for a commercial product.

Rev 2 — Omron G5Q-14 DC5. Much better quality, but the BOM cost nearly doubled just from relays.

Looking for something in between — reliable enough to sell, but not Omron-priced.

Requirements: 5VDC coil, 10A 250VAC, THT, LCSC availability a plus.

Anyone have real-world experience with these or other mid-tier relays in a similar application?

Do you pay 170$ for a relay board premium with omron relays?
