Anybody else with experience from HueYourDays?
My partner and I went to Hue Your Days on Valentine’s Day for a pottery painting date and were initially told the turnaround time for our fired pieces would be around 2 months.
Since then:
April: Followed up and was told to wait another month
May: Followed up again and was told there’s a firing backlog, so another month’s wait
That brings the total wait to about 4 months (assuming June delivery actually happens)
I get that delays happen, but doubling the original estimated timeline feels a little excessive, especially when each update only came after we reached out ourselves.
Just curious, has anyone else experienced this with them? Is this a one-off backlog situation, or are long waits pretty standard here? Just genuinely wondering if this is the usual experience because this timeline feels kind of wild for something quoted at 2 months…
