Guys, help me out, my agent said that my marksheet and other certificates with it has been returned to the headquarters automatically, they are asking for ₹1580 to get it . I live in noida right now but I registered through banaras, what should I do? Should I pay them or visit the noida headquarters to get the marksheet? Please help me out.

Someone who has taken direct admission cs branch help me to know, while having 12th% is 65,pcm 55.Can i get cs there?
