Moving to Scranton - Seeking Insights!

Looks like I am moving to Scranton this summer. (@Snarktoberfest - looks like you willed this into existence!)

I've been looking around for apartments and am looking to see if anyone knows much about the apartments downtown. I'm looking to stay relatively close to the University of Scranton so that I can walk to campus and like the idea of being downtown so I can also just walk to most places. Looking for a relatively high-end apartment that is dog-friendly.

Anyone know much about the buildings/apartments downtown (and maybe even the surrounding area)? Been poking around:
- Oppenheim building
- 200 Adams
- 426 Mulberry
- Sumter Lofts

and a few others I can't remember off the top of my head right now.

Any insights/reviews from anyone who knows anything about the apartment buildings downtown and their surrounding areas would be greatly appreciated. I unfortunately don't have the time/ability to travel to Scranton to tour these buildings myself before moving, so am hoping to get as much information as I can before committing to a place.

Thanks in advance!
