Trying to plan my first Lolla with some friends, and I had a few questions

is the official website absolutely the best place to buy tickets for the best price?
currently, the only tickets you can immediately buy are 1-day Sunday passes, but we were planning on Friday. I see there’s a waitlist, but it requires you to input your payment info. How exactly does that work? Are you guaranteed tickets? If not, what are the chances you get them? Do you only get charged if you do get them?
If we don’t manage to get tickets before they’re entirely sold out, how much can we expect resale prices to be?

I apologize if these are dumb questions, this would be my first ever festival :) would appreciate any help !!!
