I'm gonna start off by saying if you have allergies or skin conditions that don't agree with the powdered gloves, fair enough.
However, I've always felt that the powdered gloves are much better than the powder-free gloves in most cases, especially if you're prone to sweaty/damp hands (as I am).
They're much easier to put on and take off, especially after washing your hands, and the powder helps keep your hand dry inside the gloves too, and that also causes them to fit your hands better, which helps with dexterity.
The powder is literally just cornstarch, and yet I still have a very hard time finding powdered gloves on Amazon and whatnot, simply because all the nitrile gloves there are medical grade and therefore have to be powder-free.
I saw someone say somewhere else that the powder smells odd, but I've never experienced that and I imagine that's more a case of unrecognized BO than anything else.
Anyways that's my submission. Powdered gloves are easier to use, more comfortable, more efficient, and more dexterous.
