Would this be a good starter fountain pen?

Would this be a good starter fountain pen?

I’ve been thinking about getting this one but I would like to know if it would be worth it to get this one or the typical recommended ones like the pilot kakuno or the platinum preppy or the twsbi eco?

Edit 1: I was not expecting of the amount of comments that I’ve gotten and as far as I could tell from the pen in the image, it was a complete hit or miss for some people

Let me preface this by saying that I’m not really wanting to get too expensive of a pen. I feel like $40 would be the absolute max I would go for and that’s if if it came with its own ink. Like I don’t want it to be too fancy. I just simply want to get the job done properly because the only thing that I actually got me into fountain pins to begin with is and I kid you not a fountain pen from Dollar tree though while I had a difficult time to get it to work when I was able to write with it, it looked beautiful and of course, that made me want to dive in more within their route and so I’m just essentially looking for a beginner style fountain pen either one that looks full of whimsy or something that is a pretty pin, but not ridiculously expensive like dipping my toes into that because I love the idea of being able to refill my own ink, specifically refilling it from the glass ink bottles, but I’ve never had one so I don’t know if it would be a good idea as a beginner

So a bit of context, I have a little over 400 hours on the finals and my aim has “peaked“ within the 120 hour mark and at the time I was only using around 34 cm per 360

Later on down the road, I wanted to experiment with a fingertip mouse because at the time I had a hard time within controlling the recoil and so when I had the mouse, it was like a new ability that unlocked within me that allowed me to be able to control the recoil with just my fingertips and it’s my current favorite

But eventually let down a rabbit hole where I kept ever so increasingly upping my sensitivity going towards almost 10 cm part 360 (which is bad I know) but the temporary good feeling that I was getting a feeling my aim to be sharper and snappier because of the higher sensitivity did come at a cost, where I would excel within close range fights but when it came to medium and far range fights I couldn’t be able to get consistent shots in

So why was I upping my sensitivity to begin with?while that I can blame on Kovvaks mainly because of the finals specific playlist where it showcases scenarios of different things that would happen for that game specifically, however, in some of the scenarios, it led into tracking scenarios where it either go past the point of 360 requiring for me to reposition my mouse or up my sensitivity entirely to which then eventually led down to this path

To which then brings me to this question on whether should I go towards the higher sensitivity in order to fully keep track of target aiming/tracking without needing to constantly reposition my mouse unless absolutely necessary and just have good mouse control or go into the opposite direction to be able to have a higher centimeter per 360 and overall have a much more consistent tracking at farther ranges but I have to be extremely good at repositioning my mouse quickly
