Amazon shipping shows product delivered but didn't even recieve the product,
I have ordered a watch from Hmt website, they use amazon shipping services to deliver their product, yesterday the product went for delivery, so the delivery guy called me , to deliver the product, For some private issues I told him I can't accept this parcel, please cancel this order (prepaid), for 1-2 mins he was hesitating, after that he told me he will call me later regarding the cancellation issue, in the night I received a WP message from amazon shipping services that the product got delivered to me with otp verification , even though I didn't even share the otp , then what is the advantage of OTP sharing delivery if the delivery guy can mark the parcel as delivered without OTP,, after that continuously I called the delivery guy for 10-20 times , but he didn't pick up the call , I have raised the issue with the customer support but they didn't respond till now , , I don't know what to do now , please help me out
