I’ve been using the iPhone 11 Pro Max since 2019, and it’s finally time to retire it. The battery is shot (71%), and it’s starting to feel the lag on the software (iOS 18).

I’m looking at the iPhone 16. For those who made a similar jump from an older Pro Max to a newer base model (or the 16 series specifically), how much of a difference did you actually notice?
