Migraine + period a week early
I just had a pretty stressful (but good stress) week with a lot less sleep than usual and a lot more work than usual. I woke up with a migraine. I haven't had a true migraine in probably a decade. I used to get them in my teens a lot due to my menstrual cycle, so I was put on some kind of medication and it solved it. Fast forward 30 years and this time I woke up with a migraine that was so bad it made me throw up several times just like I did when I was a kid. Then I was spotting, and then I realized the spotting was my period a full week early. What is going on?? Is this a perimenopause thing? Stress? I'm already on a super low dose estrogen patch.
ETA: I donated a kidney five months ago. Could this be a contributing factor?
