I had a buyer request to cancel a few days ago. I was unsure if it would count against me. I searched on here and found conflicting reports. Some said if buyer requested, it would not count. Some said it did count against them, even if Posh confirmed it would not. So I was still unsure. I did invite Posh into the conversation and asked if it would count against me. They assured me that it would not. I was still skeptical but went ahead with the cancellation. And, it did NOT count. AND, the item in question sold again next day for 60.00 more, so it ended up being a win all around! I don't know if there are instances where it does count, what makes the experience different for others. Just sharing my own.
