Exercise after FET

I'm doing my second FET next week. The first one I just went for walks for the first 3 days and then I went back to my normal exercise routine (bootcamp and running most days) but took it slightly easier. So not going as heavy with weights, not racing etc. This FET did not take and I've never tested positive after 3+ years of trying.

I'm wondering whether it's worth holding off on all exercise during the TTW other than walking and whether anyone else has experience with this. I'm in my early 30s and the only reason for my infertility seems to be PCOS and exercise really helps my mental health and manage this condition, so I'm torn on what to do. The clinic says to carry on as normal, but I don't want to do anything that could stop it from taking.

Damn doesn't looks from earth

The bald uakari is a unique, small Amazonian primate famous for its striking scarlet-red face and short, bob-like tail. Their signature bright red face is caused by an extremely high concentration of blood capillaries close to the skin.A vividly red face indicates a healthy, robust monkey.
