I recently acquired some property that has power run from the main breaker box at the power pole to a small sub panel for a well pump shed. I'm curious as to this breaker setup in the sub panel see attached photo. It something i've never seen before and curious to why that style to run the well vs the typical double pole breaker. It has the inner breakers tied together and the outers are separate. Also, the sub panel is being fed from a double pole 60 amp breaker is that sufficient for what's in the sub panel
