Citroen c4 grand picasso mk2 engine warning and eco off issue

I have a Citroën C4 Grand Picasso MK2 (2014, 1.6 diesel, semi‑auto) and I’m having an issue where the engine warning light stays on and the ECO mode is permanently off and when i try to put it on the eco off in red flashes 3 times then stays ij red eco off onthe dash.Originally, the only faults showing were related to the EGR valve and one injector, so I replaced both parts. After fitting them, I carried out the injector coding properly and did the tasks such as driving for a while etc and then ran another diagnostic check deleted all the codes. Now there are no fault codes showing at all, but the engine light and ECO OFF warning still remain on.The car drives perfectly fine — smooth idle, no loss of power, no smoke, and no hesitation. Mechanically it feels completely normal as the mechanics have been saying there is nothing wrong too when inspected.I also tested the battery. When the engine is running, it shows around 14.9V, so the battery seems healthy. The car has only 40,500 miles, so it’s very low mileage and i only do around 2 to 3000 milleague annually which is usually in the city. Despite replacing the parts, coding the injector, and having no active fault codes, the engine light won’t clear and the ECO mode stays off and i've even tried a bsi reset and driving in the motorway for an hour or so but it seems to not fix the issue at all

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it? Thanks
