Booked my VFS appointment in Bangalore about 2 weeks in advance.
Received the courier notification in 2 days.
Passport delivered on the 3rd day!

Visa Details:
Validity: 6 months
Entry: Multiple entry

Planned the trip and completed all bookings at the last minute.

Preparation Process:

• Gathered all required documents
• Filled out the visa application form
• Created a detailed itinerary
• Wrote a cover letter
• Printed all documents in color (single-sided) with multiple copies after reviewing against a checklist

On the Day of Appointment:
Arrived 30 minutes early (10 AM slot) due to a heavy crowd.

• Document verification completed
• Biometrics collected
• Submitted all forms and documents
• Received acknowledgment receipt with tracking number ( No premium Lounge )

Note: Payments can be made via UPI or card—no cash required.
The entire process took about 30 minutes.

• 2 photos (can also be taken at the center if needed)
• Detailed itinerary
• Cover letter
• Hotel booking confirmation
• Travel insurance
• Bank statements (last 3 months, stamped)
• Payslips (last 3 months)
• NOC from employer
