I ran out of my LDN and haven’t been able to get it because of stupid refill issues. It’s currently in the mail, but it will have been about a week since taking my last dose of 2mg.

Will my tolerance be back down to the original dose? Or do I resume at my regular dose of 2mg?

I’ve had to do a very slow titration because I get nauseous easily. I’m scared to take the 2mg and then be sick during the work week. My doctor isn’t able to respond on weekends, so Google and Reddit are my only sources.

Please offer advice!!
