Hello.

Whenever I click on this section, it keeps prompting me to "Select Testing Center," but no testing centers appear on the list.

What seems to be the issue?

I came across several posts and comments suggesting that this usually happens when an applicant is a retaker or when all available slots have already been taken.

However, we are first-time takers and I'm certain the date and time slot was green before it redirected me here]o we're unsure why this is happening.
