Is this tape fixable?

Is this tape fixable?

I am brand new to cassette collecting, and I don’t really have any experience doing repairs on them since I’m from the CD/early iPod age. It looks like when I was rewinding this tape (got it off Discogs) the very end of it broke. Is it possible to repair this tape, if so do you know of any good tutorials that would walk me through it?

I need your lowest effort meals/recipes

Hi everyone, I am nearly a year out from surgery and I have lost about 70 lbs or so, but that was all in the first five months or so and I’ve pretty much been stalled since. I struggle with mental health and I also have ADHD, so it can be hard for me to build habits and when my mood is on a down swing putting effort into food prep is one of the first things to go.

I am trying to get back on track with healthy eating, but I have a hard time finding no- to low-prep meals that aren’t convenience meals, which I have been relying on too heavily lately. I would ideally like to lose a bit more weight, but more importantly I want to get back on track with healthier habits and hopefully have an arsenal of easy, low effort meal ideas on hand for when I’m in a low again.

So please give me your lowest effort, healthy, high protein bariatric meals! This morning I had a quarter cup of ricotta with half a can of peaches in water. I went through a phase where I was almost exclusively eating apples with peanut butter. That sort of thing.

Thanks in advance!
