helppp po huhu, 'di ako makapag create ng online account due to "current membership status" though, nakapagpasa naman na ako ng E-4 and required docs para mapa permanent and nakapaghulog na rin yung employer ko for my first salary.

the problem is everytime na mag ccreate ng account, laging nag eerror due to "current membership status" daw. kapag nag fforgot password naman may error na "your ss number doesn't match in our records"

anyone having the same issue? pano niyo na fix? badly needed help since i want to access my sss account online. sobrang complicated naman nito 😭
