Hey everyone, I’m trying to understand the driver side in Pittsburgh better before I build anything.
If you drive Uber, Lyft, cab, or anything similar, I’d really like your honest thoughts.
1)What are the biggest pain points you deal with?-
- Is it with commission?
- Or is it with the rides?
2)Where do drivers usually talk to each other — Facebook, Reddit, group chats, dispatch, somewhere else?
\- Is there a common platform where you feel your questions are answered?
\- Or do you feel anything is answered when we talk to CS?
3)What do you already use that actually helps?
\- Is it better understanding of the rider or the customer?
\- Is it better to have an equal experience?
- What do you feel is easy to ignore because it doesn’t matter much compared to making money?
I’m not trying to sell anything. I just want real feedback from people who know the work and know what matters. Your answer would help me figure out if this idea is even worth doing.
