Hi! I just renewed my postpaid plan in Globe. Before my plan was 799 without gadget. Then when I was trying to renew, planning to get yung free phone with the same amount 799 (yung basic phone lang). Now hindi ko nakita na yung plan that was pre-selected by globe was 1799. Saw it na lang nung na confirmed na. I tried to contact their customer service but sabi they will contact me daw. Is it possible po ba to change or cancel yung ginawa ko since within 24hrs pa naman? Sorry first time renewing online.
