Someone gave me this reference. Can anyone explain to me why imam Ahmed said this? Is this even authentic?

“Abdullah ibn Ahmad ibn hanbal from Muhana Ibn yahya narrated: I heard from Ahmad in Hanbal, who always said: the remarks of Abu Hanifah and the camel's dung are of equal value to me.”
