Redownloaded Reddit after I saw this. Just came home from a Phillies game. We are in South Philly looking northeast. In the second picture you can see*sorta* see the city line behind the trees. Anyways this was just chilling here, not moving and just an ofd location. Its probably located somewhere north of Washington Ave, south of South Street, east of 6th Street and west of Columbus Blvd.
