I am writing this post hoping to make new friends and build genuine, long-term friendships. I've been doing this for almost a year now, and while I've met some truly amazing people along the way, some have naturally drifted away and are probably enjoying the next chapter of their lives.

I am a 20-year-old from the Philippines. I came from a very challenging household that taught me the value of kindness, respect, love, integrity, and optimism. These are values that I continue to carry with me and hope to uphold in every friendship and relationship I build.

Some of my interests include cooking, writing poetry, listening to music, reading random books, and watching movies and series during my spare time. I'm also a youth leader in my community, which has given me the opportunity to meet different people and learn from a variety of experiences.

I enjoy conversations of all kinds—from deep and meaningful discussions to completely random and lighthearted ones. I genuinely enjoy listening to people, understanding their perspectives, and, when appropriate, sharing my thoughts or advice. I also try not to be a dry texter; the enthusiasm and effort you see in this introduction are the same energy I bring into conversations.
